(Photo Gallery) DKB excites fans in Baltimore on their 2024 Dark Strange World Tour in America!

DKB are an 8 member K-Pop group who recently embarked on the 2024 Dark Strange World Tour in America . DKB brought their 10-city tour to Baltimore, Maryland as their second date of tour. DKB stands out as one of the most passionate and energetic groups in the 4th generation of K-pop.

DKB began the show with their two energetic and hype songs called “What the Hell” and “Taekwondo”. These high energy songs were paired with their insanely fast yet intricate choreography. Which created the perfect atmosphere to start the show in Baltimore that night. DKB wore sleek all black outfits accessorized with silver buckles. The silhouettes of the outfits made each member look strong yet poise. I would like to compliment their stylist for the visual of styling them like the Aces in K-pop that they are.

After the first 2 songs, each member of DKB introduced themselves to the crowd. Every member got to greet the crowd while saying a cute and fun message about how excited they were to see their fans (affectionally called “BBs ) in Baltimore.

This fun night of DKB in Baltimore was filled with cheers and smiles from the members. I adore how each member shines individually while they also shine as a group. E-Chan is the leader, rapper, dancer in DKB. His charm is his calm and relaxed demeanor but once on-stage he has a fire and passion within his dance moves and rapping that had the entire venue moving in Baltimore. D1 is the leader, vocal and dancer in DKB. D1 is a collected person who seems to bond DKB together, when on-stage he lets loose and his charm is how much fun he has on stage paired with his bright and genuine smile.

GK is the rapper and producer in DKB. During the concert, GK performed a solo track and his energy was strong yet in control. He got the crowd very hype, it was so fun to see his rapping style live.

Heechan is the rapper, dancer, and vocalist in DKB. Heechan has a charismatic energy when performing that anyone would stay locked in on. The way he smiles with BBs and awaits their cheers and reactions as he dances with precision and passion is truly a sight that must be seen live.

Junseo is a dancer and vocalist in DKB. Junseo has a lovely and clear vocal tone for R&B, soul music in shows clearly in their music. Like his vocal riffs in “Flirting X”. At the concert in Baltimore, Junseo sung a cover of “Love” by Keyshia Cole while dancing. I have heard many covers of the song but his rendition of it was particularly special. His dancing style was smooth with hip-hop elements and his vocals were swoon worthy and stable as he danced across the stage.

Yuku is a dancer and vocalist in DKB. Yuku’s personality is genuinely cute and soft spoken, while he performs his movements are mystically theatrical while he shows his skills as a powerhouse vocalist with a soft and sweet vocal tone. Paired with his dancing style which is swift and decisive.

Harry June is the main dancer of DKB and a vocalist. His remarkable dance skills came into play during an original dance routine he preformed with Junseo to Central Cee’s “Doja”. His body control allowed for great self expression which aided him in communicating an engaging story through dance. His soft, light and airy vocals stood out during “Flirting x” and especially in the group’s song “Star”. (This part was written by: Vaze, writer for KtopiaX)

My favorite song by DKB is “Taekwondo” and it’s from their latest album, “Urban Ride” . These specific lyrics full encapsulates who they are as a group and show off their unique color.

The baddest, the illest, as we proceed
Stage burning, yeah, we're the culprits
Mask on, taekwondo flow (Taekwondo flow)
Back up, we're back on the road

As they set off for their new tour, they made sure they set the tone for how they want to be seen as a strong group who bring a impeccable stage performance wherever they go. So If you have the chance to see DKB while they finish their tour in America, I highly recommend seeing this talented group of artists who are claiming their spot in the music scene not just in the world K-pop but in the entire music industry.
